This is an important bit of documentation to keep track of. According to this, Silverlight does not use the [RTSP] protocol but uses [HTTP] instead.

So if you are trying to use Windows media services to stream video, you have to enable [HTTP] for it to work.

I personally don’t use it for several reasons, but it is a great tool if you are just getting started with Windows SharePoint Services development.

I think there are a few tweaks to make this code even better, but it seems pretty good.

One issue is that you seem to be creating a collection that you never use. And then you are creating a new object that I am not sure is disposed properly. I could be wrong though…
