This read is very interesting. KRS-1 is one of the few artists that really shows the growth and perspective Hip-Hop. He caught my attention back when I was in Junior High school and just started noticing music. Coincidently this was right around the time Hip-hop started taking off.

While I started to gravitate to the stories told by groups like NWA and E-40, I always respected the lyrics of people like BDP, KRS-1, and Kool Moe Dee.

Wish I knew if this was true... Doubt it in the short term, but I could see the HD-DVD being embedded into the console. Assassin's Creed mentioned this as being a slight issue. Not sure how big, but the fact that it is an issue and that Blue Dragon took 3 disks tells me that something is in the works.

Most Japanese games tend to use prerendered cut scenes that use a lot of disc space. This would make sense to entice the Japanese developers even more.

The Joys of an OS Upgrade... The Exchange Team knows the pain so well. Looks like my lab environment will need to do some planning to upgrade my servers to Windows Server 2008.

Wonder if you can detach the mailbox databases and reattach once the exchange environment is up (I have a single box doing everything in my lab).

For those who are trying to convert videos and music for your [Zunes], here are some settings that should make life a lot easier. I just happened to need the PRX file and found this. It should help with all those unusual formats and bitrates.

My manager and I had a heart to heart the other day and I really got the sense that he cared about what is going on. We talked a lot about the past year and all that is happening in my job and I have to say it is one of the first times that I felt really touched by the management of the Premier Field Engineering group. Also the team I work with is really awesome and we always are there to pick each other up.

I tell you what I love Microsoft and even though it is challenging, it definitely has its rewards in a job well done and knowing people appreciate it.

Microsoft generates so much content why don't they get a TV show or station already? I think I would watch it.
